The Vaporesso XROS 6 Mini is a refillable pod kit for MTL and RDL vaping, with a 1600mAh battery, up to 30W of power and a COREX 3.0 mesh pod in the box. It’s the simple one in the XROS 6 range. No screen, no buttons, no menus. You fill the pod, wait a minute and vape.

Setup starts with the priming. Fill the 0.6Ω pod, click it back in and wait 60 seconds. Smart Prime gets the coil time to soak up the e-liquid in 60s. Priming before you vape prevents a dry coil and burning.
The 1600mAh battery lasts a full day for most people. Lighter MTL vapers on a tighter pod can stretch it to a day and a half or two. When it does run flat, USB-C charging fills it in about 30 minutes, and you can vape while it charges. Battery level shows on a small LED on the base that pulses as you draw.
The draw is the part that’s changed most. The VENTURI airflow system shapes the air channel to cut turbulence, so each puff is quieter and smoother, with no whistle on the inhale. The slider on the side sets the draw from a tight MTL to a looser RDL, so you can match it to the pod and the e-liquid you’re running.
The included 0.6Ω pod (2ml, top filling) uses COREX 3.0 heating: a hive mesh coil with nano-microfibre wicking and aerospace-grade cotton. Flavour comes through clean and stays even, and Vaporesso rates the coil for around 30% longer life than the last generation. SSS 2.0 leak protection double seals the pod, so it stays clean in a pocket or bag.
